For a guaranteed supply of the beef hindquarters Goedegebuur is working closely with about ten big slaughterhouses with a focus on quality and continuity. We obtain our raw material mainly from Holland, Germany and Austria. The raw material meet all EU regulations especially those concerning traceability
Maximum batch sizes meet severe requirements which concern traceability. The meat comes from mainly two breeds: the Maas-Rijn-IJsselvee (MRIJ) and the Duitse Vlekvee (Simmental). Both breeds are characterized by a good conformation, fatness and marbling of the meat. Therefore this meat has everything to ensure all the requirements of our customers in respect to colour, tenderness and taste are met.
